Trade Outlet Limited is a leading company selling excess and return stock with eleven physical stores and a growing online division. Our Live selling events are relatively new but already highly successful. We are due to open a new auction/live selling building based in Brunswick near our Liverpool Store which will be fully functioning to allow members of the public to attend or bid online.
Duties
- Host lively and engaging live selling sessions, demonstrating products with enthusiasm and expertise
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product details, and encouraging participation to foster a vibrant community atmosphere
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and promote upcoming live events, ensuring maximum audience engagement
- Manage live chat interactions professionally, maintaining positive relationships with viewers and handling inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Track performance metrics of live sessions to analyze viewer engagement and sales outcomes for continuous improvement
- Maintain a deep understanding of product lines, brand messaging, and current trends to deliver authentic and persuasive presentations
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, public relations or social media management, with a strong track record of engaging online audiences effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and persuasively in front of a camera
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and social media tools used for broadcasting and audience interaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high energy levels during live sessions
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning about new products is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality that builds trust and rapport quickly with viewers
