Are you a sports coach who is only picking up after school hours?
Now Education have a role for a male and a female support worker or TA 8pm-4pm
This can be an amazing opportunity to develop a new career, can also help to fill your days, gain some experience within schools , which will not impact on your coaching schedule (if after 4pm).
From past experience sports coaches have proven to be great mentors/ support workers in schools. You come with a different energy and passion when working with kids and in some schools alongside the support work you may even take on some sports lessons. This is a great opportunity to put the skills you have into working with pupils who need that extra guidance.
The role itself is helping to cover sport in a SEMH settings where the pupils will present challenging behaviours. usually within sports the pupils are more engaging and willing to participate. The ideal candidate will have great behaviour management, be able to understand pupil's frustrations at times and think outside the box. The pupils are aged 4-15
