Care Assistant
Location: Sutton Coldfield & Birmingham East
£13.00 - £13.50 per hour | Expert training
Shift patterns include Weekday evenings or weekday morning–lunch shifts, with daytime and evening shifts on weekends. Alternate weekends are required, with the option to work every weekend if preferred. Flexible evening shifts are available.

A competitive pay rate made up of:
- Base Pay - £13.00ph Weekdays & £13.50ph Weekends
- Plus - Travel time payments, and mileage paid at 35p per mile

Responsibilities - As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
- Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.
Requirements
- *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
- Full Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot provide spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer)
- Currently living within a 10 mile radius of Sutton Coldfield/Castle Vale
- To be able to commit to the shift pattern outlined above
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
