The Opportunity
Our Guildford area store has significant potential, and we're looking for an experienced leader who can unlock it.
You'll have the autonomy to lead your team, improve performance, grow sales and create an outstanding customer experience, while receiving the support of an experienced senior leadership team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building businesses—not just managing shifts.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leading, motivating and developing your team.

- Managing labour, stock, ordering and waste effectively.

- Maintaining the highest food safety and operational standards.

About you
You'll already have management experience within hospitality, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants or premium food retail.
You'll be someone who:
