Service Advisor
Salary: £27-32k Basic plus 8-10K OTE Bonus
Monday–Friday + Rota Saturdays

We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful and established automotive dealership.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing appointments
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop to ensure vehicles are completed on time
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Explaining repairs and completed work clearly to customers
- Arranging onward travel where required
- Carrying out vehicle handovers and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maintaining excellent product and manufacturer knowledge
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services
- Working towards targets and performance-related incentives
- Maintaining accurate administration and excellent housekeeping standards
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous customer service or front-of-house experience
- Ideally has automotive Service Advisor experience, although this isn't essential
- Is confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Can work to targets, deadlines and performance standards
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is commercially aware and comfortable with upselling
- Has a positive, energetic and professional approach
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has the right to work in the UK
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm Plus rota'd Saturdays
No Sunday or Bank Holiday working.
Additional hours may also be available for those looking to increase their earning potential.
