Waldron Dental is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our busy New Cross practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, driving team performance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice.
- Lead, motivate, and support the clinical and reception teams.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, and practice policies.
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and performance.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and practice performance.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience and resolve patient queries.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive practice performance.
