Nine Hostages Coffee is opening an exciting new chapter in the heart of Derry, and we’re looking for a talented full-time Chef / Cook to join our team.
We’re building a destination for brilliant coffee, fantastic food, and great hospitality, and we’re looking for someone passionate about cooking who wants to help shape something special.
The Role
You’ll be leading the kitchen during our breakfast, brunch, and lunch service, working closely with the team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes and a memorable experience for our guests.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a busy café, brunch, or restaurant kitchen
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Someone excited to help develop and shape our menu
- An understanding of great culinary pairings, especially alongside specialty coffee
- A team player who wants to become an important part of our growing family
