We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
- General factory & production work
- Good understanding of English is required
- Must be physically fit
- Basic computer skills an advantage
- Committed with a mature and reliable attitude
- Available to work 37.75hrs per week Monday - Friday in Luton (Sedgwick Road Area)
- References may be required
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure without supervision.
- 08.00-16.45 Monday – Thursday / 08.00-14.00 Friday
- Tea Break 11.00-11.15
- Lunch break 14.00-14.30
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
