Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded M&E & Groups Sales Manager to lead the operational delivery of meetings, conferences, and events.
This exciting leadership role focuses primarily on Meetings & Events, ensuring flawless execution of conferences, banquets, and private events while driving revenue through proactive upselling and strong operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all meetings, conferences, and events

Lead the operational execution of banqueting services

Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless event delivery
-
Lead and motivate the M&E operational team
-
Ensure outstanding guest service and event execution
-
Support outlet operations when required to maintain service excellence
Requirements

Strong operational experience within Meetings & Events.

Excellent leadership and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
