Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse Level 3 to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Your leadership skills will help guide and support both children and team members, ensuring that every child's developmental needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, development, and social skills.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and support team members by sharing best practices in childcare, early childhood education, and management.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Ensure the nursery environment is clean, organized, and equipped with suitable resources for children’s activities.
- Support the implementation of policies related to health, safety, and safeguarding to create a secure environment for all.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues clearly.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is desirable for travel between nursery sites or community outreach activities.

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
