Customer Service Assistant –
Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week
Pay: £12.71/hour + incentives
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Shell Bowburn.
Mixture of shifts including weekends.

You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote shop offers and Shell GO+ benefits, and help keep the site clean, stocked, and safe.
You’ll be measured on customer satisfaction and service quality, so a friendly, proactive approach is essential.
Shifts:
6am-2PM
2PM - 10PM
10PM -6AM -
-Must have own transport (remote location)
- Not suitable for students or second jobs
-1+ year’s customer service experience preferred
-Must be able to work independently
