London £50,000 - £80,000 + Benefits 1+ Years PQE
A well-established and highly regarded West End law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to join a supportive property department with an established client base and a strong pipeline of work. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload whilst benefiting from ongoing support and career development.
You'll be working with prime Surrey and London properties, valued anywhere from £several hundred thousand, up to £multimillion houses.
You will be supported by adminstrators and paralegals.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Auction sales and purchases
- Title investigation and reporting
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and introducers
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE
- Previous residential conveyancing experience gained within a law firm environment
- Ability to independently manage a residential property caseload
- Strong technical and client care skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A proactive and commercial approach
