Identity is a premium men's jewellery brand launching on TikTok Shop UK. We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop manager to take ownership of the shop from launch through to scaling.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TikTok Shop Manager to oversee the online presence and sales of a men's jewellery brand based in. This role involves managing social media platforms, engaging with the target audience, and driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong public relations skills and a solid understanding of social media management, particularly within the TikTok environment. What you'll be doing
Managing the TikTok Shop Seller Centre day to day, building and running the affiliate programme once it unlocks, recruiting and onboarding creators, managing TikTok ads including GMV Max and Spark Ads, optimising listings for conversion, and reporting weekly on performance.
What we need from you
UK based and fluent English speaker. Proven TikTok Shop UK experience with results you can verify. Freelancer not agency. Available for 10 to 20 hours per week. Comfortable working with a premium brand - Clean, masculine, understated.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok to promote the men's jewellery brand effectively.
- Manage daily operations of the TikTok shop, including product listings, updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content reach and sales conversions.
- Engage with followers and potential customers through comments, messages, and live sessions to foster community loyalty.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of social commerce.
- Organise promotional events or collaborations that align with brand identity to boost engagement and sales.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok.
- Strong public relations skills with the ability to build favourable relationships with media, influencers, and customers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an eye for fashion trends relevant to men's jewellery.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
- Good communication skills in British English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
