We are seeking an exceptional Premises Manager to help ensure Southway Primary & Stepping Stones Nursery are safe, welcoming and well‑maintained environments where children can learn and thrive.
This role is key to the day‑to‑day management of our buildings, grounds and facilities, supporting the smooth running of both settings and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
We are looking for a reliable, proactive and skilled individual who takes pride in their work and recognises the importance of a well cared for environment in supporting high‑quality education and childcare.

- A professional with strong integrity
- Practical and hands‑on, with good DIY, maintenance or caretaking skills
- Proactive and able to identify and resolve issues before they become problems
- Knowledgeable about health and safety procedures, or willing to learn
- Well organised, able to manage tasks across both the school and nursery sites
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a busy primary school setting
- A strong communicator who works well with staff, pupils, contractors and visitors
