The Role:
We are seeking a technically excellent and commercially astute graduate Structural or Civil Engineer to undertake structural design projects from inception to completion working closely within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist on the technical delivery and commercial success of a number of structural projects including commercial and residential.
- Provide structural design and analysis in steel, masonry, timber and concrete.
- Oversee site inspections and undertake measures and surveys.
- Work on your own initiative under the supervision of a Chartered Engineer.
- Work closely with Architects and liaise directly with clients and other public bodies in the delivery of services.
- Ensure design adhere to relevant UK Building Regulations, British Design Codes and Eurocodes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate civil or structural engineer Beng (Hons), Msc
- Proficient in structural design software such as Tekla, Tedds and CADS.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects and client relationships.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Package:
- Salary £28-30,000 dependant on experience
- 22 Days annual leave excluding bank holidays
