Registered Manager – Ofsted Children’s Home (Ages 7–17)
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted‑regulated children’s home for young people aged 7–17. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding care, and create a safe, stable, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
You’ll guide and support the staff team, maintain high safeguarding standards, work closely with external professionals, and make sure the home meets all regulatory requirements.

- Strong leadership experience in children’s residential care
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance
- A child‑centred, trauma‑informed approach
- Confidence in managing care plans, risk assessments, and staff development
