Our Service
Our home in Tollesby is supported accommodation with an aim to provide a high standard of support to eight young people aged 16-18 years old. Our culture promotes their rights, provides nurture and respect and their safety, well-being and independence is enhanced.
Our home provides young people with the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to live as independently as possible through a recognised independence programme. Alongside this, staff develop positive relationships with young people supporting them in gaining education/ training/employment as well as taking the time to experience enjoyment, achievement, and hope.
Each young person has their own fully furnished flat.
Responsibilities include:
- Domestic cleaning.
- Laundry services.
- Food preparation and with that, knowledge of good food hygiene practice and an understanding of the importance of health and nutrition.
