Groundworker (Drainage & Substructures)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join our team on a new-build residential development. The role will primarily involve drainage, substructure, and SAB (SuDS) works, supporting the delivery of infrastructure and groundwork packages to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Installation of foul and surface water drainage systems.
- Construction of manholes, attenuation systems, and associated infrastructure.
- Carrying out substructure works including foundations and concrete works.
- Assisting with SAB/SuDS features and road construction works.
- Reading drawings and following site specifications.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship.
Requirements
- Previous groundworks experience, particularly in drainage and substructures.
- Experience on residential housing developments.
- CSCS Card.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Desirable
- Experience with SAB/SuDS works.
- CPCS/NPORS Dumper or Roller tickets.
- NRSWA Street Works qualification.
