Job Overview:
Working as part of the company’s Projects team, the Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, working closely with our operations teams and supporting the end-to-end customer journey. You will be required to attend meetings with scheme stakeholders and communicate directly with clients, providing clear communication channels between all parties. This exciting role will require you to work closely with Evolves Head of Projects to build reports, scheme compliance, updating CRM systems to ensure programme KPI’s are delivered.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Delivering Government Funded Programmes.
· Ensuring project milestones are met and align with the overall strategic objectives.
· Ensuring all project activities comply with PAS2035 standards and other relevant regulations.
· Maintaining continuous communication across all team levels, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.
· Attending regular team meetings and reporting on project progress to senior management.
· Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts.
· Coordinating with Evolves internal departments to ensure timely and successful project completion.
· Preparing detailed reports and presentations for Head of projects.
· Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the project teams. · Any other duties as requested by Senior Management team.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
· Experience working with multiple CRM systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
