Duties
- Support dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials before appointments
- Provide compassionate patient care, including explaining procedures and addressing concerns
- Maintain strict infection control protocols to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating patient records using IT systems
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit by monitoring their needs
- Organize and manage dental supplies to ensure the practice runs seamlessly
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental nurse or current training towards qualification (for trainee roles)
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Knowledge of patient care principles and nursing practices within a dental setting
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and appointment management
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
