Customer Service Advisor – Mildenhall Hub - Hourly rate: National Minimum Wage
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in welcoming individuals to our sites, setting the stage for their well-being and leisure journey. Your responsibilities will include handling bookings, membership sales, and addressing member queries with care and professionalism.

Monday’s 06:00-14:00
Wednesday’s 06:00-13:30
Friday’s 06:00-14:00

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors to our facilities, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
· Manage bookings, process memberships, and provide information to members as needed.
· Maintain a high standard of customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
· Utilise computer systems confidently to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

· Organisational skills and comfort with computer usage.
