Estee Lauder Counter Manager required 35 hours/5 days per week, one of the days will be a Saturday.
Responsibilities: The Counter Manager has overall responsibility for the achievement of the Estee Lauder brand within Browns Gainsborough. By setting the perfect example, you will maximise all sales opportunities and ensure that our customers receive the best customer service and shopping experience possible.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Estee Lauder Counter Manager to lead the brand to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail/beauty environment.
You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in⁃store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.
