Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, starting in August.
The role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest Four Seasons standards.
You will lead and guide Room Attendants and House Porters on the floor, conducting detailed inspections and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail across all areas. This is a hands on leadership role, requiring strong organisation, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach.
What you will do
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned floors
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Four Seasons standards
- Support and guide Room Attendants and House Porters, providing direction and feedback
- Ensure efficiency of room turnaround and service delivery
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Support training and onboarding of team members
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory or senior Room Attendant role
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication and team leadership ability
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills and systems awareness
- Professional, reliable, and team focused approach
- Right to Work in the UK
What to expect
- Full time position, 40 hours per week
- Fixed term contract for 12 months from August
