We are currently looking for a Production Group Leader to join our Omagh site, which employs around 100 people and produces high-quality dairy products, including ice cream, cream, custards, and syrups enjoyed every day.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a team of five Group Leaders, playing a critical role in driving performance, team engagement, and continuous improvement across production.
This is a shift-based position operating on a rotating 12-hour pattern (days and nights), offering a structured schedule: 4 days on, 3 nights on, with 2–3 days off between rotations, plus 1 full week off every 4 weeks.
In this role, you will lead and support operational teams, drive KPI performance, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities, and ensure high standards in quality, safety and performance within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
