Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Back and Front of House Team Member to join our passionate , hard working, lovely team. We rely on a welcoming atmosphere so being friendly is a major part of the role. Only applicants over 18 years old and either have cooking experience within the hospitality industry or confident enough in the kitchen to be trained.
Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, cooking, taking orders, cleaning, handling money, cashing up etc .
When fully trained applicants will be expected to work 9 until 4.30/5 and must be available to work weekdays and some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and cooking of meals
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Adhere to allergy standards
- Handling cash and cashing up
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Making drinks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules
Qualifications
- Whilst hospitality experience is preferred it is not essential as full training will be given
- A passion for chatting to people is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
