Job Description:
Luigianos Pizzeria is seeking a dynamic and skilled Pizza Chef / Manager to lead our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who is enthusiastic about being part of a new venture and has aspirations to grow with us as we aim to expand to multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pizza Preparation: Craft and cook high-quality pizzas using traditional and innovative techniques.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Inventory Management: Handle ordering and inventory control to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Pizza Chef, with experience in a managerial role preferred.
- Skills: Expertise in pizza making, knowledge of kitchen management, and a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Attributes: Passion for high-quality food, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability: Able to work below hours
- Wednesday: 3pm - 10pm
- Thursday: 3pm - 10pm
- Friday: 11am - 10:30pm
- Saturday: 11am - 10:30pm
- Sunday: 11am - 9pm
