We are recruiting for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Redhill, Surrey. You will be working in an Ofsted registered home providing support to the client base.
Candidates must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday - 9am-9pm.

You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.

What will you be doing?
- Assisting the service users with day-to-day tasks
- Accompany the service users out in the community
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs
- Seek to understand their communication needs and adapting your communication to each individual
- Working with other professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and outside agencies to ensure consistency of support
- Complete daily logs and weekly reports
- Partake in Key work with the service users
- Following safeguarding procedures
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and other key stakeholders
This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be expected to implement various tasks as required by the changing role within the company and its overall business objectives.
