As Junior Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, supporting all departments and ensuring service standards remain consistently high.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, leadership, and being actively involved in delivering a seamless guest experience.
Duties:
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
- Support front of house, food and beverage, and housekeeping
- Lead shifts and maintain service standards
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Work closely with senior management to drive performance
