Little Beehive Nursery, has a new vacancy for a Parent/Carer Accounts Manager
The Parent/Carer Accounts manager will work with our nursery managers to maintain parent/carer accounts on our systems, manage new enquiries and assist parents/carers through the registration process. We are seeking applicants who can build and maintain relationships with our parents/carers and be the primary contact, while they attend the nursery.
Applicants should have a proven track record of working in an office environment and have good administrative experience. A good telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
Specific duties in the role include:
Enquiry Management
Waiting List Management
Enrolment of new starts
Fees & Funding
Management of session changes and ad-hoc bookings (manager approve these)
Leaver Management
Management of Age Debt
We require applicants to have the following skills:
Good working knowledge of Excel
Problem-solving and Numeracy
Customer Service Facing skills
Microsoft Office
Confident with computers
The position is for 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be based at our Head Office in Cupar
