We are seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Admin Assistant to support customer engagement, promote our services and assist with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration while making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
- Escort learners from the waiting area as needed
- Support sign-ups and registrations
- Collect and handle ID documents securely
- Input and maintain accurate customer data
- Work with the team to achieve outreach goals
Requirements
