We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. Deliver exceptional service, assist guests in selecting dishes, and create a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional customer service – greet warmly, attend to customers’ needs, ensuring guests leave with a smile.
- Teamwork and collaboration – communication is key, working and coordinate with kitchen and rest of the team for seamless service.
- Upselling and promotion – recommend specials and pairings to enhance customer experience.
- Serve customers and clear tables in a timely manner, always keep the restaurant clean.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably Korean Barbeque restaurant.
- Passionate about Korean cuisine and culture.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
