We are looking for an experienced, outgoing and passionate senior waiter/waitress to join our team at Piersland House in Troon
We are a busy 37, soon to be 44, beautifully styled bedroom Country House Hotel, renowned for our beautifully appointed bedrooms and public rooms, customer service and Food and Beverage. We are very proud to be No.1 for Hotels (out of 7) and Restaurants (out of 37) in Troon
CONTRACT AND REWARD
The role carries a permanent contract of minimum 35 hours, working 5 days out of 7.
This is an hourly paid position, paid monthly,

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a waiter/waitress, you must have a genuine warmth and a passion for delivering authentic hospitality service with a smile
Job responsibilities include:
- Looking after all our guests in the Walker Lounge restaurant, Red bowl Restaurant and Functions (Mainly weddings and private dinners).
- Provide a consistently high level of guest service in accordance to our service principles and values, ensuring that all guests receive special attention and recognition.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
As well as having a desire to learn and an enthusiasm for the role.
The successful applicant will have/be:
- At least 2 years track record as a waiter/waitress in a similar 4/5* venue or quality restaurant
- Have an outgoing personality and be a real team player
- Be flexible in working shift patterns
