Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients across a variety of clinical settings in care homes and assisted living facilities. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-treatment care
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients and their relatives
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- Core nursing duties including, wound dressings, catheterisation, meal planning in diabetes, insulins, syringe drivers etc.
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decisions
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Compassionate communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a caring attitude
- Valid registration as a Nurse with the relevant professional body in the UK
