Please note you must be close to Neasden or be able to easily travel to the set address.
Please also note this is a 5 day schedule with 3 scheduled visits we are looking to get someone in as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support clients with medication management according to prescribed care plans
- Assist with household tasks like meal preparation, light cleaning, and errands to promote independence
- Maintain clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use IT tools to update care records accurately and efficiently
- Drive clients safely to appointments or outings when required
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to create a secure environment for all involved
Skills
- Valid driving license with experience in safe driving practices
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services
- Ability to understand and implement detailed care plans tailored to individual needs
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency with IT systems for recording and updating client information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
