Equity Investment Opportunity — Darkstone Capital
I’m opening up a small equity position in Darkstone Capital to the right investor.
I’m looking to raise £20,000 in exchange for approximately 16.5–17% equity, based on a current pre-money valuation of approximately £101,000.
This isn’t a silent investment opportunity by default.
I would prefer a strategic, hands-on partner who can bring more than capital — whether that’s business development, financial expertise, operational experience, industry connections, or the ability to help accelerate the company’s next stage of growth.
That said, I’m open to considering strong offers from both active and silent investors.
Darkstone Capital is already being developed across multiple areas of the trading and financial technology space, with existing products, infrastructure and a clear roadmap for expansion.
