Job Overview
You'll be the face of Flying Turtle on the ground - keeping our machines running, our partner sites happy, and our brand looking sharp. You'll split your time between scheduled maintenance, reactive repairs, new installations, and representing us at both high-profile and humble partner locations including supermarkets, convenience stores, petrol forecourts, hospitals, gyms, airports and much more.
You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service.
What is Flying Turtle?
Flying Turtle - a new kind of 'vending' machine for the UK market. Over 300 made-to-order drinks in under one square meter: fresh coffees, teas, sodas, protein shakes, milk drinks, frappes and smoothies + customisations like alternative milk, sweetness level, and more
We have a unique machine that became an overnight household name in Thailand, with 1 in 300 of the population using it every day. We scaled from 500 to 5,000 machines in the first full year, entered a total of 9 countries and we're now looking to enter the UK.
