Assistant Engineering Manager - What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and productivity
- Drive performance, coaching and developing the engineering team
- Manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair planning
- Ensure all PSV/HGV work meets regulatory and company standards
- Support continuous improvement across the workshop
Assistant Engineering Manager - What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in managing a PSV/HGV workshop or similar heavy vehicle environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent understanding of engineering practices, compliance, and maintenance planning
- Calm under pressure, organised, and proactive
