Dental Nurse – Newly Qualified / Soon to Qualify
Are you a newly qualified Dental Nurse or close to completing your Dental Nursing qualification and looking for a role where you can really develop?
NW1 Dental Care is a modern private dental practice in Camden looking for a friendly, motivated and highly organised Dental Nurse to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their dental career who wants to gain experience beyond routine dental nursing, including implant and cosmetic dentistry, digital dentistry, patient care and treatment coordination.
The role
You will work closely with our Principal Dentist and wider clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside dental nursing
- Preparing surgeries and keeping clinical sessions running efficiently
- Learning to assist with dental implants, cosmetic and restorative dentistry
- Digital scans and clinical photography as you develop
- Helping with patient records, laboratories and treatment administration
- Supporting reception and desk duties when required
- Answering calls and communicating professionally with patients
- Helping manage appointments and patient follow-ups
- Providing a warm and professional patient experience
Who we're looking for
You may be newly qualified or currently training and close to qualifying.
Years of experience are not essential. We are much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential.
You should be:
- Friendly, confident and naturally good with patients
- Organised and efficient
- Reliable and punctual
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers
- Confident speaking on the telephone
- Happy to help with both clinical and desk duties
- Professional and well presented
- Interested in developing your skills in private, implant and cosmetic dentistry
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in doing things properly
Private dental experience is not essential.
Implant and cosmetic experience is also not required – training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
