Join the Team at Castle Street Coffee
At Castle Street Coffee, we care deeply about exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality and creating a welcoming space for our community. We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team, helping us deliver outstanding coffee and customer experiences throughout the week.
This is not an entry-level coffee role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong speciality coffee knowledge and proven barista skills who can confidently work in a fast-paced speciality coffee environment.
What we're looking for:
- An experienced barista with excellent espresso preparation, dial-in and milk texturing skills
- Strong speciality coffee knowledge and a genuine passion for coffee quality
- Someone who takes pride in consistency, attention to detail and presentation
- A natural people-person who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming customer experience
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible and punctual
- Comfortable with both early morning starts and later finishes
- Available to work shifts across seven days per week, including weekends
- Calm under pressure and able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Someone who genuinely cares about maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment
The role:
- Part time contract
- £13.00 per hour
- Based at Castle Street Coffee, Dover
- Flexible shifts available across five to seven days per week
- Must be available for a mixture of early starts, daytime shifts and occasional later finishes
- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods and seasonal events
Important:
