Expected Earnings £60,000+ (Uncapped)
We’re looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to help grow our business.
This is a home-based, telephone sales role, working web-generated customer enquiries who have responded to our own branded listings and have given consent to be contacted.
What We Offer:
- £32,000 basic salary
- OTE of £60,000+ with uncapped commission
- All leads provided – no self-generation required
- Flexible hours (See below)
- 3pm early finish every Friday

About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years experience in protection sales
- Has a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Builds rapport easily and has excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Takes a consultative approach to sales and enjoys understanding customers needs before making suitable recommendations
- Is self-motivated with strong organisational skills
This role would suit someone who already has experience working remotely, or an adviser currently working in an office who is looking for the flexibility, autonomy and improved work-life balance that home working can offer.
Whilst training and ongoing support will be provided, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly become a valuable member of the team.
You’ll also need a suitable home office with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection. A PC will be provided.
Whilst this is a home based role, we are looking for someone based in the North West so that we can meet regularly for training & one2ones.
