We are looking for a talented, confident and experienced Chef de Partie to join The Swan, an established and vibrant restaurant in West Malling.
We are looking for a team player who wants to be part of a large brigade, serving excellent food in a high energy environment. You will assist in all aspects of the section in an effective, efficient and productive manner under the guidance and supervision of the Sous Chef or the Head Chef.
Experience is essential with a passion for food preparation and the desire to train and supervise junior members of the team. A friendly, professional and positive attitude is essential with the ability to speak good English.

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to £34k salary, dependent on experience.
