Role: Bar & Restaurant Supervisor
Hours: Part-time or Full-time. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to support our Pub Manager and take full responsibility for pub operations when leading a shift. You will lead our team during busy lunch and evening services, ensuring smooth running across all areas of the business while delivering excellent standards with a friendly, positive approach.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, organise and support front-of-house teams
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any guest queries
- Delegate tasks effectively and work across bar, restaurant and service areas
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Train and develop new and existing staff members
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality
- Positive, friendly personality and a strong "can-do" attitude
- Willingness to work hard and lead by example
- Genuine passion for food and drink
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Personal alcohol licence is preferred, but full training will be provided if required
