Role Overview
The PAS Compliance, Audit & Ventilation Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035/2030 across all SPS retrofit projects, while also managing the coordination and booking of electricians and ventilation technicians for all ventilation installations.
This is a hands-on, proactive role suited to a strong all-rounder who can balance technical compliance, auditing, operational coordination, and team support.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead authority within SPS for PAS 2035, PAS 2030, and TrustMark requirements.
- Ensure all retrofit and ventilation work is fully PAS-compliant prior to installation.
- Develop, manage, and maintain SPS’s PAS audit framework.
- Carry out desktop, site, and evidence-based audits across live projects.
- Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and track close-out.
- Prepare SPS for TrustMark, certification body, client, and funder audits.
- Manage and coordinate the booking of electricians and ventilation technicians.
- Ensure all ventilation and electrical resources are appropriately qualified and scheduled.
- Maintain full control of PAS-critical documentation and evidence packs.
- Proactively identify pressure points within the team and step in to provide support.
- Support continuous improvement across compliance, auditing, and operational delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035, PAS 2030 and working on government funded works.
- Proven experience in compliance management and auditing.
- Experience coordinating technical trades, ideally ventilation and electrical.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge non-compliance constructively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach aligned with SPS company culture.
