Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our vibrant Yo! Sushi kiosk team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Sushi experiences to our customers with a smile. You will assist in various aspects of food preparation, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Full training is given.
Need to be over 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- You will be assisting your Manager in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food and serving Customers with a smile
- You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a fast-paced environment
- You will be ensuring daily records of delivery, wastage, and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately
- You interact confidently with our customers. Your fantastic menu knowledge will drive sales and encourage our customers to love our diverse and exciting menu, ensuring they always leave happy with both the quality of our food and our Customer service
- You will have excellent awareness of our allergens procedure and will ensure that customers are always given the correct information
- You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards
- You will maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times following all cleaning procedures
- You will follow all our policies and procedures, advocating a safe working environment for all
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation is requiered.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
- Opening business hours for the store is from 6am until 7pm.
