The Role
We are looking for a team leader to join our friendly team at The Natural Vet in Glasgow. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday and 1:3 Saturdays (stand down day provided). The role will include managing our reception team, generating rotas, training reception staff, regular 1-2-1 meetings along with general reception work - meeting and greeting our clients and their pets, answering telephone enquiries, booking appointments, using veterinary software, and taking payments/till reconciliation.

The Natural Vet is located in Thornliebank in Glasgow. We have a lovely client base who want what is best for their pet. We are a happy team who work together to provide outstanding veterinary care to our patients. Our focus is holistic care offering both conventional and complementary therapies such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, laser therapy and physiotherapy. We also have an interest in nutrition. We build long lasting relationships with our clients based on excellent service, trust and cooperation.
Applicant requirements
Our ideal candidate will have previous leadership and veterinary experience, have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work as part of a team.
Salary: £27,000
