Hours: 12 per week (6 hours Saturday & Sunday 9:00am -3:15pm)

Trinity Court is a purpose built 15 bedded nursing home in Wolverhampton with a skilled multi-disciplinary team providing a community-led rehabilitation and recovery service for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs.
About the role
Work alongside our Head Cook to plan and deliver a varied menu of nutritious, well-balanced, attractive meals that meet Service User’s individual needs on a weekend. Ensures adequate Kitchen staff are available and plans staff schedules to meet needs.
Ensures temperature testing of foods and storage areas are carried out as required and records are maintained.
Carries out stock takes and orders catering consumables from approved suppliers within agreed budget.
Implements and maintains an effective cleaning schedule.
What we need from you
Level 2 Food Hygiene is essential, level 3 would be desirable.
Previous experience as a Cook in a residential or nursing home is preferred.
Experince in menu planning and preparing home cooked meals.
