Key elements of your role as Head Bartender:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including classic and innovative cocktails.
- Posses the skills and knowledge to oversee the smooth running of the bar to our standards.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage guest at the bar to resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits
- Train new staff on drink recipes, serving techniques, and customer service expectations
About you: You have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, have great communication skills, work well under pressure and be confident preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards..
