Residential building in Chelsea requires an experienced relief concierge to provide holiday and sickness cover. Flexible ad hoc shifts including days and occasional nights.

This position is customer focused and requires you to meet and greet all visitors at reception with a helpful and cheerful attitude. Our concierge will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets the residents' needs and expectations. A background in working in hotels or residential developments is essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To perform your duties and provide concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Head Porter;
- To enter all relevant comments/details in the concierge diary;
- To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents;
- To deal with telephone enquiries and logging messages;
- To ensure CCTV cameras are monitored;
- To supervise any keys which may be held. To ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.
