5 days per week, 30-40 hours - £15/hr (inclusive of Tronc) + surplus Tronc
BANCONE, which means “Bar” or “Counter”, is an exciting pasta restaurant which currently runs 5 successful restaurants in London.
We pride ourselves on serving Michelin Quality pasta, at an affordable price, in informal settings, providing a friendly yet professional service to our guests as well as promoting and growing our teams through dedicated training and coaching.
We are now recruiting for Hosts to join us in our NEW OPENING, just a few seconds walk from Russel Square.

What we ask from you:
- Experience as a Host in a busy restaurant (or similar environment), event’s management and using reservation systems such as SevenRooms and OpenTable;
- Strong organisation and communication skills (verbal and written) to enable effective interaction with guests and colleagues;
- Awareness of GDPR in relation to customer’s data and some financial knowledge to be able to process deposits and refunds;
- Team player with passion for food & drinks and delivering excellent customer service;
- Complying with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards;
- Eager to learn and develop, able to use own initiative and work under pressure with an approachable nature and can-do attitude;
- Owning and taking responsibilities for own actions with an honest approach;
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel;
Please note that interviews and trial shifts will be held at our existing restaurants in Golden Square, Covent Garden, Borough Yards, High Street Kensington and City.
