Springfield Care Home Limited is looking to recruit a Cleaning assistant and cover of Laundry during holiday time. You will need to be a team player and be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff. Also demonstrate a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations including COSHH. Ideally, possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
You will be working on a shift-work basis, including alternate weekends, so you will need to be flexible when you can work. A thorough approach to work is essential, whilst any relevant experience would be advantageous.
You will have the opportunity to interact with residents so an approachable, caring and compassionate attitude is essential, coupled with an awareness to respect residents privacy and dignity.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary for this post.
